By accessing or using ReviewPlus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

ReviewPlus is an online exam preparation platform designed to help healthcare professionals prepare for HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi) and DOH (Department of Health) licensing examinations. The Service provides practice questions, mock exams, performance analytics, and study resources.

ReviewPlus is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to HAAD, DOH, or any UAE government authority.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReviewPlus. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Permitted Use

You may use ReviewPlus solely for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share, distribute, or reproduce any exam questions or content outside the platform; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content on ReviewPlus, including but not limited to exam questions, explanations, graphics, and interface design, is the exclusive property of ReviewPlus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

ReviewPlus provides practice materials to help you prepare for HAAD/DOH licensing exams. However, we do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any exam. Actual exam content, format, and pass criteria are determined solely by HAAD and DOH.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will be terminated.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
